Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g butter, liquid
- 250 g biscuits, crumbled butter biscuits
- 60 g almond(s), chopped
- 450 g mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 250 g chocolate, white, chopped
- 250 g strawberries, quartered
- 200 g mascarpone
- 50 g chocolate (shavings)
- 16 strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix together the ingredients for the base. Pour the mixture into a 23 cm springform pan and press down evenly with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Briefly whip the mascarpone, then stir in the eggs and sugar thoroughly. Melt the chocolate, let it cool slightly, and then fold it into the mascarpone mixture. Finally, fold in the strawberries. Pour the filling onto the crumb base and smooth it down. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven. Do not remove the cake from the oven until it is completely cool. For the decoration, whip the mascarpone until creamy and spread it on the cake. Decorate with chocolate shavings and the whole strawberries.
