Ingredients
- 1 layer Ladyfingers
- 1 cup Tresana cream cheese
- 500 g Quark
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 bar Grated white chocolate
Instructions
- Crumble the ladyfingers and divide into 4 glasses. Mix the quark, Tresana and the sugar well then add the whipped cream, mix everything well again, puree the strawberries. Spread the cream on the ladyfingers and pour the pureed strawberries over the grated white chocolate. Chill until served.
