Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
- 4 tbsp dates or raisins
- 6 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Vegan treat with oat flakes, peanut butter, dates and coconut flakes
Combine the oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and soy milk in a bowl. Puree or finely chop the raisins or dates and add them. Stir well. Then, using your hands, form roughly teaspoon-sized portions into balls. Place the desiccated coconut on a small plate and roll the balls in the coconut. Then press the desiccated coconut between your hands. Refrigerate the balls. The mixture yields approximately 20 balls.
