Ingredients
 

  • 100 gr Butter
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 200 gr Flour
  • 40 gr Chopped almonds
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Lemon god dish
  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 200 gr Philadelphia cheese
  • 2 piece Lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 500 gr Strawberries
  • 1 packet Red cake glaze

Instructions
 

  • Knead the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, flour and almonds into the shortcrust pastry. Pour into a 26 cm form and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix the jelly with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and 1 cup of water and heat. Let cool down.
  • Whip the cream with 2 vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the lemon juice until creamy. Fold in the cream, then add the jelly. Place the shortcrust pastry on a cake plate and pour the cream on top.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight. Cover with the fruit and pour the icing over it.
