Ingredients
- 100 gr Butter
- 100 gr Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 200 gr Flour
- 40 gr Chopped almonds
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Lemon god dish
- 2 a cup Cream
- 200 gr Philadelphia cheese
- 2 piece Lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoon Sugar
- 500 gr Strawberries
- 1 packet Red cake glaze
Instructions
- Knead the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, flour and almonds into the shortcrust pastry. Pour into a 26 cm form and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix the jelly with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and 1 cup of water and heat. Let cool down.
- Whip the cream with 2 vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the lemon juice until creamy. Fold in the cream, then add the jelly. Place the shortcrust pastry on a cake plate and pour the cream on top.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight. Cover with the fruit and pour the icing over it.
