Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 tbsp jam (strawberry), with pieces
- 1 tbsp syrup (strawberry)
- 400 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 tbsp low-fat milk
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 5 g cream stiffener
- Strawberries, for garnishing
- Mint or lemon balm leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Combine the jam with the strawberry syrup. Whisk the quark, milk, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer or a blender for 1-2 minutes. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and fold it loosely into the quark mixture. Layer the cream and jam alternately in four glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon balm leaves to serve.
