Strawberry rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 150 g rice pudding
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • ¼ liter cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook a rice pudding with milk, rice, salt, and 3 tablespoons of sugar, let it cool, and refrigerate. Whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Thaw the strawberries and drain. Fold into the rice pudding along with the remaining sugar, powdered sugar, and the stiffly whipped cream.
