- 1 cup(s) water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 4 cup(s) strawberries
- 4 bags of sweetener

Strawberry sauce for cheesecake
Combine water, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add the chopped strawberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in sweetener. Serve immediately over New York cheesecake.
