  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 4 cup(s) strawberries
  • 4 bags of sweetener

Instructions

Strawberry sauce for cheesecake

Combine water, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add the chopped strawberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in sweetener. Serve immediately over New York cheesecake. Tip: You can use blueberries instead of strawberries; this is how it’s served in Queens, New York.
