Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of cake base (light Viennese) (3 bases in 1 pack)
- 2 packets of pudding powder (Tiramisu – Cream Dessert)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 cup(s) coffee, black, cold
- 1 cup(s) Amaretto or coffee liqueur
- Cocoa powder, for dusting, dark, for dusting
- Almond(s), flakes, roasted, for decoration
- 350 ml milk

Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Prepare the cream according to the package instructions using milk and cream (but use only 350 ml instead of 400 ml milk), then stir in the mascarpone evenly. Drizzle the first cake layer with 1 cup of coffee, then spread 1/3 of the cream on top. Place the second layer on top, drizzle with the liqueur, and spread another 1/3 of the cream on top. Cover with the last layer, drizzle with another cup of coffee, and cover the entire cake with the remaining cream. Then chill for one hour. Finally, dust the cake thickly with cocoa powder and decorate the edges with flaked almonds, if desired. The good thing about this cake is that it’s quick to prepare and not too sweet.
