Strawberry sorbet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients and place in the freezer for three hours. If you don’t have an ice cream maker (like me), stir every half hour or so.
