Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pineapple, preferably fresh (only from a can in an emergency), weighed ready for cooking
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 dl water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the pineapple with the sugar and lemon juice. Gradually add the water. Transfer to an ice cream maker until it forms a smooth sorbet.
