Pineapple sorbet

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pineapple, preferably fresh (only from a can in an emergency), weighed ready for cooking
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 dl water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the pineapple with the sugar and lemon juice. Gradually add the water. Transfer to an ice cream maker until it forms a smooth sorbet.
