Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, frozen
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp raspberry liqueur
  • Mint for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw frozen strawberries for about 5 minutes. Blend the berries in batches with about 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, the crème fraîche, and the raspberry brandy using a hand blender. Shape the strawberry sorbet into balls or gnocchi and arrange on two plates. Garnish with mint leaves and dust with powdered sugar.
