Strawberry Sorbet with Strawberry Salad
The perfect strawberry sorbet with strawberry salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 piece Lemon fruit juice
- 1 dl Water
- 3 dl Syrup – pure sugar
Syrup – pure sugar
- Heat 1,200 ml water and 200 g granulated sugar in a stainless pan and let it boil. Always stir well with a wooden spoon. Then let it cool down.
Strawberry salad
- Cut the strawberries into smaller cubes and let them steep in a bowl with a little sugar water and if you like, you can add STRAWBERRY LIQUOR to your own taste. Tastes very fine.
Strawberry sorbet
- Puree 3,400 g strawberries, syrup – pure sugar and lemon juice together well at the end add the deciliter of water and mix well again
- Put all the ingredients in the ice cream maker.
