Quiche: Onion and Apple Tart for Small Dish (16 Cm)

Ingredients
 

  • 75 g Flour
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Wine vinegar
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 50 g Black Forest ham
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Cream 30% fat
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Make a shortcrust pastry out of flour, butter, salt and vinegar and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Grease a small quiche dish and distribute the batter in it. Pull up the edge.
  • Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Peel the onion and cut into half rings, dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and ham in it.
  • Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into wedges.
  • Now first distribute the apple wedges on the dough, then pour the onion and ham mixture over it.
  • Quench the egg with the cream, salt and pepper and pour over the tart.
  • Put back in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at the above temperature.
