Quiche: Onion and Apple Tart for Small Dish (16 Cm)

  • 75 g Flour
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Wine vinegar
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 50 g Black Forest ham
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  1. Make a shortcrust pastry out of flour, butter, salt and vinegar and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Grease a small quiche dish and distribute the batter in it. Pull up the edge.
  3. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and ham in it.
  5. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into wedges.
  6. Now first distribute the apple wedges on the dough, then pour the onion and ham mixture over it.
  7. Quench the egg with the cream, salt and pepper and pour over the tart.
  8. Put back in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at the above temperature.
