Strawberry Sorbet
The perfect strawberry sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 60 g Acacia honey
- 150 ml Water
- 250 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 piece Protein
preparation
- Boil water and acacia honey together & then let cool down; Puree the strawberries with lime juice and strain through a sieve; Beat the egg whites until stiff
Mix together
- Mix the strawberries & honey water well, fold in the egg white; the result is a foamy mass
Freeze
- Freeze in a container & stir from time to time so that the crystals don’t combine to form a block ….. or use an ice machine
Serve
- Shape slices, balls or cams … & serve a little decorated (e.g. with mint leaf, powdered sugar, etc.)
