Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water, hot
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp jam (orange jelly)
  • 250 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and hot water until thick and foamy. Separately, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and quickly fold in. Pour the batter into a well-greased 22 cm mini fruitcake pan and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, turn out, and let cool completely. Cook a vanilla pudding according to the package instructions, let cool for 10 minutes. Spread the base with orange jelly and spread about 1/3 of the pudding over the jelly (fill the rest into small molds for dessert). Hull the strawberries and place them on top of the pudding.
