Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 340 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 500 g yogurt (lemon flavor)
- 400 g flour
- 60 g ground almonds
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 20 g cocoa powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Melt the butter and preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the melted butter and sugar until thick and creamy, then add the eggs and mix thoroughly, followed by the lemon yogurt. Whisk the dry ingredients in a separate bowl (saves sifting flour), then quickly add to the batter. Thoroughly grease a Bundt pan, pour in the batter, and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (test with a skewer).
