Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ kg minced meat, mixed
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 pack of cream cheese spread
- some broth, instant
- pepper
- some milk
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cut the bell peppers, leeks, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Brown the ground beef in a large pot. Add the bell peppers, leeks, and potatoes and fry. Add enough milk to just cover everything (not too much, or it will be too runny). Then add the cheese spread and stir. Season with broth and pepper and simmer for about half an hour.
