Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
- 10 tbsp semolina
- 250 g strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
First, mix together the yogurt, crème fraîche, vanilla paste, and sugar to make a cream. Then spread it on the puff pastry. Sprinkle the semolina over the top.
