Pork Loin Steak À La Papa
The perfect pork loin steak à la papa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Marinated pork loin steaks from the butcher à 125 g
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion approx. 100 g
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Flour
- 20 Black pitted olives
- 2 tbsp Tatarska Omacka (Czech specialty / a kind of spicy mayonnaise)
- 0,5 Baguette
- 1 Tomato about 100 g
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- In a pan with hot oil (4 tbsp), fry the pork loin steaks on both sides until golden-brown and keep them warm in an ovenproof dish at 50 ° C. Peel the onion, cut into slices and assemble in rings. Mix onion rings with sweet paprika (1 teaspoon), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), salt (1 teaspoon) and flour (1 teaspoon). Fry / stir fry in the frying pan until golden brown. Serve pork loin steak with fried onion rings, tartarska omacka (1 tbsp), and ½ tomato + parsley stalk garnished. Add the sliced baguette.
