Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g strawberries
- 300 ml milk
- 300 g vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ vanilla pod(s), the pulp
- 12 small strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and hull the strawberries. Puree with the milk, vanilla yogurt, sugar, and vanilla seeds, and chill. To serve, divide between 4 glasses. Hull the small strawberries, place three on each skewer (they look especially nice on cocktail skewers), and place a strawberry skewer in each glass.
