Strawberry yoghurt cake à la Nathalie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (chocolate, 3-piece)
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 bar of chocolate (Yogurette)
  • 1 pack of white chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Hull and wash the strawberries, and cut them into small cubes. Reserve a few strawberries for decoration. Finely chop a bar of Yogurette. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Carefully fold in the strawberries and chopped Yogurette. Spread some of the mixture on the first cake layer. Place the second cake layer on top and spread a little more mixture on it, then repeat with the third layer. Spread the rest of the mixture evenly along the sides. Decorate with strawberries and chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
