Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • 20 g almonds, ground
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low-carb, for 6 muffins

Line a muffin tin with muffin cups. The quantities provide approximately 6 muffins. Preheat the oven (conventional heat) to 180°C (350°F). Chop the strawberries into small pieces. Mix the protein powder with the baking powder. Combine the egg, egg whites, ground almonds, and low-fat quark in a separate bowl with a hand mixer. Stir in the protein powder while stirring continuously. Fold in the strawberries. Pour the batter into the cups and bake on the middle rack for approximately 30 minutes. Per muffin: 2.8 g fat, 3.8 g carbohydrates, 12.3 g protein, 92 kcal.
