Strawberry-zucchini smoothie

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 small zucchini, young
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, hull, and roughly chop the strawberries. Rinse the young zucchini under hot water, pat dry, and roughly chop it as well. Combine the strawberries and zucchini with the other ingredients in a blender or puree with an immersion blender. Pour into glasses and enjoy chilled.
