Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g butter, soft
- 500 g flour
- 250 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Knead the butter with the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to form crumbles. Divide the mixture in half. Knead the egg into one half and place the dough into a greased 26 cm springform pan as the base. Form a small rim. Spread the washed and halved strawberries on the base. Mix the chopped nuts into the second half of the crumble dough and sprinkle the crumbles on the strawberries. Bake the cake at 200°C for about 35 minutes on the middle rack of a preheated oven. Cover the cake with aluminum foil, if necessary, to prevent it from overcooking. Let the cake cool and then remove it from the pan. It tastes best with fresh whipped cream.
