Strips of Meat with Vegetables

The perfect strips of meat with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Long grain rice
  • Salt
  • 500 gr Chicken breast
  • 500 gr Carrots
  • 2 Poles Leek
  • 400 gr Mushrooms
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • White pepper
  • 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • Some soy sauce
  • Curry
  • 3 tsp Food starch
  • Curry paste
  • Cream
  1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes
  2. In the meantime, cut the meat into strips / cubes. Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into fine strips or cubes.
  3. Fry the meat in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add vegetables and fry them until they have the desired bite. Mix the broth, soy sauce, curry and cornstarch together. Stir into the shredded meat and bring to the boil. Depending on your taste, add some curry paste and some cream
  5. It can also be mixed with Chinese mie noodles. (See second picture) Also very tasty
