Bavarian Pasta Salad
The perfect bavarian pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Large clam noodles
- 2 bunch Fresh radishes
- 5 Discs Cooked ham 1/2 cm thick
- 300 g Sliced butter cheese
- 500 g Natural yoghurt
- 250 g Mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar
- Herb vinegar
- 1 Tl Mustard medium hot
- 2 a cup Cress (garden cress)
- Cook the noodles in broth (gives the salad a good taste).
- Remove the stalk from the radishes, wash and slice or cut finely
- gek. Cut the ham into cubes.
- Mix the yoghurt, majo and mustard, season with salt, pepper, sugar and the herb vinegar to taste
- Mix everything together and stir well.
- Finally, mix the butter cheese cut into cubes and the cut cress into the cooled lettuce. Let it go well …
