Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pkt. pizza dough, ready rolled, from the refrigerated counter) or homemade, approx. 400 g
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 6 slice(s) salami, or fried bacon
  • 2 mushrooms, fresh or from the can
  • n. B. fried onions
  • n. B. Garlic, roasted
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • e.g. tomato sauce and/or barbecue sauce
  • 300 g cheese (mozzarella, cheddar), grated
  • 2 tomatoes
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Giant boli, boli, party bread, calzone with a twist

Roll out the prepared pizza dough (from the freezer or homemade with yeast) into a rectangular shape (approx. 30×40 cm). Dice the tomatoes and peppers. Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese, then divide the ingredients in the center as desired, season with salt and pepper if desired, and spread the tomato sauce and/or barbecue sauce over the ingredients. Then top with cooked ham and top with more cheese. Roll up the dough and fold under the ends. Pierce the top several times. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Place the roll on baking paper and bake at 250°C for about 10 minutes, until the Stromboli is evenly browned. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.
