Stuffed Baked Potatoes

The perfect stuffed baked potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Potatoes
  • 1 packet Grated cheese
  • 1 packet Ham
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 Pc. Mozerella
  1. Bring the oven to 170 C top / bottom heat. Wash the potatoes and place on a baking tray or in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes. Take the potatoes out of the oven, cut off the top edge and scoop out the potatoes with a spoon. Put the inside of the potatoes in a bowl and mash. Add the eggs, cut the Schicken and the onion into cubes and add the parsley and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Now whisk everything with a whisk. Pour the mixture into the hollow potatoes and place in a baking dish. Cut the Mozerella into small cubes and sprinkle on the potatoes, again in the oven for 10 minutes.
