Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar pesto (basil pesto)
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 4 chicken breasts (approx. 150 g each)
- herbal salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Italian main course
Mix the pesto with grated Parmesan cheese. Cut a pocket into the chicken breasts and fill them with the herb mixture. Season the chicken breasts with herb salt and pepper on both sides, then fry them in oil. Preheat the oven to 100°C and cook the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes. Serve with long-grain rice.
