Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp chives
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the eggs hard, then let them cool slightly. Then peel them and neatly halve them lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the set yolk from the middle with a teaspoon and place it in a mixing bowl. Place the halved eggs on a plate. Mash the yolk with a fork and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, chives, and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Once the mixture is ready, use a teaspoon to scoop the egg yolk mixture back into the halved eggs. Once all the eggs are filled, chill for a while. Stuffed eggs go well with potato dishes or on a buffet.
