Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard (honey mustard)

Hard-boil the eggs, then rinse and cut them lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Arrange the egg halves on a platter and set aside. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the egg halves using a teaspoon or a syringe. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
