Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp cream cheese (Indian)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, and peel them. Remove the yolks and mix them with the ingredients until a paste forms. Season to taste. Then fill the eggs again and sprinkle with more curry.
