Cut a lid off the figs and carefully scoop out the tops with a teaspoon. Finely chop the dill. Mix with rice, citric acid, pepper, currants, and pine nuts in a bowl. Fill the figs to the brim and place them in a small pot with the fig top facing up. Cover with the previously cut-off fig lid. Place a small plate on top of the figs and fill the pot halfway with water. Cook over low heat for about 25-30 minutes. Cut the Nashi pear into pieces and the feta cheese into pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to each pan. Fry the cheese pieces over low heat until golden brown. Place the Nashi pear piece on a plate, then the feta cheese piece and the fig on top. Serve warm.
