Bring 300 ml of water, lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of honey to a boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, wash the apples, halve them, and core them. Add them to the pan with the honey and water and simmer over low heat for about 6 minutes, turning the apples once. Remove the apples from the pan. Heat the butter and the remaining honey in a pan. Place the apples cut-side down and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then remove them. Arrange the apples cut-side up on a dessert plate. Add a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve immediately.
