Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 jalapeños
- 300 g cream cheese with garlic
- 30 g horseradish, fresh
- n. B. Chocolate drops, 52% cocoa content
- some cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Hollow out the jalapeños. Grate the horseradish and mix it with the cream cheese. Add a few chocolate chips to each jalapeño. Then add some cream cheese, then more chocolate chips, and more cream cheese. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
