Seaweed salad with scampi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 25 g seaweed, dried
  • 24 scampi
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • e.g. fish sauce
  • n. B. Sesame oil, dark
  • dashes lime juice
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

lukewarm

Soak the seaweed for 10 minutes. Then change the water and soak it for another five minutes. Arrange the scampi on four skewers. Slice the spring onions, then toss in the oil and add the salad. Season with fish sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Remove from the heat. Fry the scampi skewers and add to the warm salad.
