Bunny's zucchini and tomato casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 small zucchini
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the tomatoes, zucchini, and feta cheese. Place everything in a large bowl. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven until the zucchini is tender (about 30 minutes). Serve with white bread. It also works as a warm appetizer (serves 4).
