Stuffed lasagna sheets with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 lasagna sheets
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 slice(s) smoked salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the lasagna sheets in salted water until tender, then drain carefully and rinse thoroughly. Separate the leek leaves, place them in boiling salted water and blanch for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut four leek leaves into 16 strips and set aside. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Lay the pasta sheets out next to each other and top with the leek. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top and cut the pasta sheets in half to form squares. Place a slice of smoked salmon on each square. Fold each square to form a cone, tie it together with the leek strips and serve.
