Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 20 mushrooms, fresh, equal size
  • 40 g butter
  • 150 g cheese
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Roughly chop the parsley. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Snap off the mushroom stems and finely chop them. Sauté them all in a pan (uncovered). Let cool. Grate the cheese and stir half of it into the mushroom mixture with crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the baking dish with butter, place the mushroom caps upside down in the baking dish, fill the caps with the mixture using two teaspoons, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
