the world’s best mushrooms with minced vegetables, low in calories

Finely slice the feta cheese and the spring onions, then combine them in a bowl with the remaining ingredients except the mushrooms and feta cheese, along with the minced meat. Season to taste with the spices and soy sauce. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and add them, in small pieces, to the minced meat mixture. Place the mushrooms, open-side up, in a greased baking dish and fill with the mixture. Carefully crumble the feta cheese and spread it over the mushrooms. You can also mix half of the cheese into the minced meat mixture. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at approximately 180°C for 45 minutes, removing the aluminum foil during the last 15 minutes. Serve with fresh salad, wedges, or croquettes. For a sauce, you can add either tomato sauce or cheese sauce directly to the baking dish with the raw mushrooms, or serve it separately.
