Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 giant mushrooms
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Chop the parsley. Peel and press the garlic. Mix the ingredients with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes (or at least until the mushrooms are browned). Serve with a fresh green salad.
