Stuffed mushrooms in puff pastry

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 6 large mushrooms, fresh
  • e.g. herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme)
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • rosemary
  • e.g. puff pastry from the refrigerated section

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces. Mix approximately 200g of cream cheese with the feta cheese, then finely chop the mushroom stems and mix them in. Season to taste (parsley, oregano, thyme). Fill the hollow mushrooms with the mixture, then sprinkle with fresh pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Wrap the stuffed mushrooms in puff pastry and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 220°C (top/bottom heat).
