Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 large mushrooms
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped
- Chives, cut into rolls
- some cheese, grated, e.g. Emmental
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
perfect for grilling
Wash or brush the mushrooms, remove the stems, and hollow out some of the insides. Peel and finely chop the onions. Mix the onions with the cream cheese, salt, pepper, chives, and parsley. Season to taste. Spread the mixture into the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese, if desired. Grill or eat as is. Season with herb salt or Fondor, if desired.
