Stuffed pancakes

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 350 ml milk
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Cheese, grated
  • 1 pt. bacon, diced
  • 1 shot of mineral water
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl, mix with the milk and eggs until smooth, add the sugar and mix (if you want your pancakes light and airy, add a splash of sparkling mineral water). Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Dice the bell peppers in the same way. Fry the onion in a pan, add the minced meat and bacon and cook until cooked through. Add the bell peppers. Season with pepper, salt and paprika. Prepare the first pancake in the pan with a little butter. After turning it over, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover half with the minced meat filling. Fold the pancake over. Press down lightly so that the cheese sticks to it.
