Scrambled minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • Cayenne pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Paprika powder, hot and sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic. Whisk the eggs. Brown the minced meat in a little oil in a pan. Just before the minced meat is done, add the onion and garlic and fry until translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the meat and stir until lightly set. Don’t cook for too long, or it will be too dry! Then season generously with all the spices. Delicious with fried potatoes and salad, or simply on buttered bread or baguette. It can also be baked on toast or baguette with a little cheese.
