Stuffed pizza dough with mushrooms

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Party bread or for grilling

Clean and dice the mushrooms, peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Finely chop the parsley and chives. Fry the mushrooms with the onions and garlic in olive oil with salt and pepper until no liquid remains. Briefly toss the chives and parsley in the pan. Let everything cool, then stir in the crème fraîche. Roll out the pizza dough and spread the mixture evenly on top. Then fold the dough in half and press to seal the seam. Place seam-down on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 180°C) for about 35 minutes.
