Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 150 g corn flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 170 ml milk
- 1 dashes Tabasco
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 450 g corn kernels, from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, mix the batter together, then fold in the filling with diced bell pepper. Pour into the baking dishes. Bake at 210°C for about 20 minutes.
