Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers (pointed peppers)
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 cl olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients except the bell peppers. Cut open the tops of the bell peppers, fill with the mixture, and fry or grill in a pan or on the grill.
