Stuffed Roast Chicken

- 4 piece Chicken thighs
- 1 a cup Cream cheese herb horseradish
- Salt pepper
- Butter for frying
- Loosen the chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper and coat with plenty of cream cheese, roll up like a roulade and secure with a skewer. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the meat on both sides. When it is brown, place in the oven for about 15 minutes. I serve Risotto and salad with it.
