Stuffed Roast Chicken

The perfect stuffed roast chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Chicken thighs
  • 1 a cup Cream cheese herb horseradish
  • Salt pepper
  • Butter for frying
  1. Loosen the chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper and coat with plenty of cream cheese, roll up like a roulade and secure with a skewer. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the meat on both sides. When it is brown, place in the oven for about 15 minutes. I serve Risotto and salad with it.
