Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • e.g. cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly parsley for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

also good as a barbecue side dish

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the flesh. Chop the eggs very finely and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Simply spoon the mixture into the tomatoes and garnish. The amount of ingredients required may vary depending on the size of the tomatoes.
